Today was unexpected, these are the kind of days I live for. Natalia Diaz came into town today. I was excited to see her, we had much to discuss and to catch up on. I met her up at a Cafe named Le Petite on Spring and west Broadway (in front of the Custo Barcelona store). She had been waiting for me with Andrew Weissman of Market America. We had our coffee and started discussing an agenda of upcoming projects. I can only say that great opportunities are presenting themselves to me and i look forward to the future (as i always have). My investment is finally beginning to pay off and i know this is only the beginning.
Natalia had a meeting scheduled with her client and friend who just so happens to be Pras from the Fugees, i joined along. We went to his very comftorable and spacious apartment in the heart of SoHo included with a view that really captivates the the essence of SoHo living, in other words: succesfull living (conveniently located across a Prada boutique). Although much business was discussed it didnt feel like business was being conducted. I can only inform you that 2010 will be big for Pras, and i wish him all the best. He gave us a first look at a film hes producing titled Paper Dreams, i cant say more than that.
I had a "yo what the fuck i grew up listening to your music and here i am, at your house" moment. Someway, somehow I know I will end up working on this project, I just know i'll find a way in. No to mention my strong relationship with Natalia Diaz gives me a competitive edge (I will keep you posted). On another note, today (like most) was a great day. Shits happening, lets keep it moving.
